REFUND POLICY

 

If you are not satisfied with the quality of a purchased report, for any reason, Brand Aura will provide a full refund if we are notified via email of the refund request within 30 days of purchase. Refund requests must include the pdf version of the report that was purchased. The request and the report should be sent to ClientSupport@BrandAura.com.

Refund requests are not accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
